We love going where the party is! Get confirmation from your venue that the bus can fit inside their space, and we’ll make it happen.

We need to be able to push the bus through a large doorway to reach the space, and we’ll need about 10′ x 20′ to park. Lulu herself is roughly 7′ wide, 14′ long, and 7′ tall.

Our charming bus needs a little spark to come to life! To power the photo booth area, we need a standard 110V, 10-amp, 3-prong outlet, ideally within 15 feet of where we’ll park.

If power isn’t available on site, we can add an external power source to your package.

We’re always ready to bring the fun. If the bus is set up inside your venue, weather won’t be a factor at all. For outdoor events, we’re pretty resilient and can operate in light rain.

In the rare case that extreme weather or mechanical issues keep us from reaching your event, you’ll receive a full refund. If weather turns severe enough during your event to stop us from operating: a partial refund is issued if less than half of your booked time has been used, and no partial refund is issued if more than half of your time has already been enjoyed.

Securing your date with our Photo Booth Bus is easy — just reach out with your event date.

A $100 retention deposit officially holds your date and goes directly toward your final balance, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your event. Want to spread things out? We’re happy to arrange monthly payments to make it even easier.

Yes! If you served or are currently serving in the U.S. military, you’re eligible for a discount. Proof of service is required.

All sales and deposits are final and non-refundable. The only exceptions are mechanical issues or extreme weather that prevent us from operating — in those cases, you’ll receive a full refund.

Our VW Photo Booth Bus arrives about 1 hour before your event is set to start. Setup takes about 30 minutes, so we’re polished and ready to roll 20–30 minutes before your guests arrive.

When the fun wraps up, tear-down takes about 30 minutes too. Best part: there’s no extra charge for setup or breakdown, and that time never counts against your booked photo booth hours.
